Rental conditions

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF VEHICLE RENTAL

We rent vehicles to both natural and legal persons, regardless of whether they are citizens of the Republic of Lithuania or foreign countries. Each rental agreement is concluded in accordance with the established rental principles.

In order to conclude a rental agreement, the renter must provide a driver's license, personal identification document and other documents necessary for completing administrative formalities.

RESERVATION, RENTAL PRICES AND TERMS

1.1. The minimum rental period is 24 hours. If you wish to extend the rental, you must contact the lessor in advance. 1.2. It is recommended to reserve the car in advance and receive confirmation, which will be sent by e-mail or phone. 1.3. To confirm the reservation, the renter undertakes to pay an advance payment, which is included in the total rental price. 1.4. The car is considered reserved up to 2 hours after the scheduled pick-up time. If this deadline is not met and the delay is not reported, the reservation is canceled, and the advance payment is not refunded. 1.5. The rental price may be changed only by written agreement of the parties. 1.6. If the car is not returned on time and an extension is not agreed upon, the full rental price is calculated for each late day. 1.7. At the end of the contract, the renter must pay all related costs (if the mileage was exceeded, damage was caused, etc.).

CAR DELIVERY

2.1. The transfer of the car outside of working hours (22:00 - 8:00) is subject to a fee of 20 EUR. 2.2. The vehicle is transferred according to the rental agreement, which is also the acceptance and transfer act. 2.3. The renter must check the condition of the car and, if there are any violations, record them and mark them in the contract. 2.4. It is recommended to take photos of the vehicle when picking up the car.

PAYMENT AND DEPOSIT

3.1. Payment can be made in cash, by bank transfer or by card. American Express cards are not accepted. 3.2. When signing the contract, the lessee must pay the agreed deposit. 3.3. The amount of the deposit depends on the insurance chosen:

Full insurance: 200 EUR (liability up to 0 EUR).

Standard insurance: 700 EUR (liability up to 1000 EUR). 3.4. If there are no violations, the deposit is returned at the end of the rental contract.

USE OF THE CAR

4.1. The car may only be driven by persons specified in the contract. 4.2. The lessee must comply with traffic regulations and ensure the safety of the car. 4.3. It is prohibited to leave the territory of Lithuania without the written permission of the lessor. 4.4. It is strictly prohibited to:

Use the vehicle for racing or test drives.

Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Carrying more passengers than permitted.

Using the car for illegal activities.

Smoking in the car. 4.5. In the event of any breakdowns or a traffic accident, the lessor and the relevant services must be immediately informed.

BREAKDOWNS AND REPAIRS

5.1. If the car breaks down through no fault of the lessee, the lessor may provide a replacement car, if available. 5.2. In the event of a breakdown, the lessee must inform the lessor and follow his instructions regarding repairs or transportation.

TERMINATION OF THE CONTRACT

6.1. The lessor may unilaterally terminate the contract if:

The vehicle is used improperly.

The lessee violates the terms of the contract. 6.2. The lessee may terminate the contract if:

The car has significant defects that were not discussed in advance.

The vehicle becomes unusable for objective reasons.

MILEAGE POLICY

7.1. In Lithuania, the daily mileage limit is 400 km, exceeding which a fee of 0.10 EUR per km is applied. 7.2. Abroad, the daily mileage limit is 400 km, exceeding which a fee of 0.15 EUR per km is applied.

TRAVEL ABROAD

8.1. Travel abroad is possible only with the prior permission of the lessor. 8.2. Travel to certain countries is subject to an additional fee:

Latvia – 50 EUR (one-time fee).

Estonia – 50 EUR.

Poland – 70 EUR.

Other countries – by agreement. 8.3. In the event of an unauthorized trip to a country, a fine of 300 EUR and all related costs will be applied.
